For years, I assumed the level of exhaustion I felt was just a normal part of being a busy mom.  I didn’t know the warning signs of burnout, so I didn’t see it coming until it was too late.

In today’s episode, we explore the difference between being tired and being burned out, and I coach on how chronic stress impacts our nervous system and can lead to burnout.
