Integrity is when our behavior matches our beliefs. So, integrity isn't just about honesty or kindness. Rather, it's about every decision we make. It's about making the right choice for the right reason — not because of the recognition or praise we receive, but simply because it’s the right thing to do.
Integrity impacts our kids in so many ways - it helps them anticipate the consequences of their behavior, make choices and decisions, it forms the basis of relationships, and enables them to find peace. Integrity is somethings we can begin instilling in our children now, even while they're young.
