It’s that constant chatter in our mind - am I doing a good enough job raising my kids? Are they watching too much TV?  Am I spending enough time with them? Am I feeding them too much pizza or mac & cheese?! If any of these thoughts have crossed your mind, you’re not alone. In this week’s episode, we look at the two types of guilt - purposeful and productive guilt, and punishing and unproductive guilt.  Then I outline five simple steps we can work through to resolve our mom guilt, and a quick question we can ask ourselves to try to prevent mom guilt before it starts!
