Jen Mann is a Nervous System Practitioner & the founder of CFS School, which helps people recover from chronic mind/body disorders, autoimmune disorders (ie. the things that doctors generally don’t know how to solve).
After being a professional ballet dancer & suffering a debilitating injury that ended her career, she was somewhat pulled into the path of learning about healing.
Her injury led her to dive into the study of functional movement as a way to understand her body’s pain. But after going back to University to study biomedical sciences & physiotherapy, she experienced a major burnout & chronic fatigue in the middle of her degree.
Jen went from feeling just fine one day, to being unable to get out of bed the next, and no doctor was able to give her any answers as to why. This led to a deep self inquiry, and a discovery of what trauma really is & how to heal it through the body & mind.
Her frustration at the lack of simple & clear resources available during her own journey sparked a desire to create that for others who were still suffering.
This led to her founding the CFS school, with which she began helping people heal from the conditions & symptoms of chronic anxiety, fatigue & autoimmune conditions. She now has thousands of success stories after just a couple of years.
