I'm recovering from food poisoning, man... it's been ROUGH!
I had a solid 10 days in bed in so much pain, so sick and just in a really bad place.
I felt a bit gutted as I was on such a high from the week before, I was literally high vibing and the best version of me. To go from absolute sky high to rock bottom wasn't fun at all.
Part of me reverted back to the "it's all gone" BS mentality, like when you're on a diet and accidentally eat some cake and then feel like you should jack it all in...
This episode is all about getting back on the wagon and just keeping on keeping on.
I talk about how we're not our thoughts, we just think them and how we create our own reality.
It's important to cut ourselves some slack. We get to change the narrative, we get to change our thoughts. It's all on us babes.
