Here are some things to know about big moves:

• When making a big move you can feel it, because you feel the stretch
• You cannot tell the impact of a big move in advance
• You don't wait to be waiting for your "Oprah moment"
• Investing is NOT a big move. Paying someone hoping for a result is NOT a big move. The big move is in how you follow through on that investment
• Making big moves often happens in increments. It can be daily actions that put you out of your comfort zone. You create a compound effect
• Making big moves is really about identity
• You often need support to make the big moves required to step into a new identity.
