Why are professionals silencing themselves in the AI game?
Today on AI SIX, I want to talk about something I’m hearing more and more from clients, students, and peers. It’s not a technical problem. It’s not about capability. It’s about fear. And, strangely, it’s about shame.
I think one of the biggest barriers to AI adoption in the workplace isn’t the technology at all, it is AI shame!
I’m seeing shame take hold and preventing professionals from fully embracing AI. They hide their use. They fear judgement. They think it’s cheating.
