00 - From Dystopia to Protopia

Let's explore humanity's relationship with Artificial Intelligence or AI. Not a sky is falling, we're all doomed perspective -- that's a trope that is being overplayed and frankly, over-hyped. 

This is a companion exploration to my upcoming novel (Human Traits),  rooted in a deeply-seeded optimism for humanity. It's a protopian perspective—a counterpoint to the prevalent dystopian narrative.

The novel I'm writing offers a modern-day parable, providing a protopian view of our relationship with AI.

Consider this episode the first in a series where I will be inviting guests from different industries, perspectives and backgrounds to explore how AI can come alongside humanity to help us flourish.
