This episode is a report from Beyond the Gates festival in Bergen, my most attended festival somehow! did Black Metal 'come home' in the famous Grieghallen with Enslaved, Emperor and Mayhem? why is the festival so well supported by the local arts council and Black Metal in general by the State? success breeds success and BTG is a fine example! How were the other acts? Mercyful Fate you ask? who won the metal quiz and did it rain all the time? and how did I afford the funds for 5 days in Bergen.....
