For this debut episode, Hugh gives an overview of the impetus and inspiration for this podcast, namely the exploration of identity, meaning, relationships, creativity and yes, beauty in the Third Age. The Third Age is the time of life in and approaching retirement typically characterized by relatively good health and a shifting of priorities with work and family life. How we consider and approach this time is vitally important to our continued health and happiness. This podcast will share the stories of guests who are weathering challenges and celebrate the successes and joys of folks living their best Third Age lives.
