Deema Dajani is a Senior Principal Transformation Consultant at CA and co-founder of South Florida Agile Association. Now she can add to her list of titles coordinator of the first Women in Agile local user group in San Antonio, which held its inaugural event at SAFe Summit 2017. Deema shares her experience and joy with the event, which was "full of energy" and standing room only. To keep the momentum going, Deema thinks there is need for more women in STEM careers, which starts with girls being encouraged to dive into science, software development and Agile.
