86. Matt Manoogian: Owning a brokerage, Buy & Hold, Vacation Rentals and Wholesaling

In this episode I talked to Matt who owns Good Company Real Estate. Matt is well versed in his real estate experience and a wealth of knowledge! Matt explains the reason why he needed to own his real estate brokerage and how he handles all the different types of real estate that he does under his brokerage umbrella.
