-You must encourage your employees. Give them ideas about how to get better.

-Must hire employees that want to get better.

-Follow up with a handwritten thank you card/letter.

-Take care of your employees.

-Pay attention to the process and praise those that are going through the process.

-Don’t be afraid to adjust your goals.

-Make sure that all of your goals are not number oriented.

-This will help build genuine and raving fans.
