Matt has also coached multiple years at the High School, middle school, and various youth programs. If that wasn’t enough he was the USA wresting associations - Oregon Junior Director the last two years and works with four non-profit wrestling organizations in the state.

By doing all of this he has accrued 30,000 yes that’s right 30,000 volunteer hours in ten years as a coach. He has learned a ton about kids, parents, coaches, programs, and most importantly himself. He acknowledges that his coaches and mentors are a huge ingredient to his success and is forever thankful for the time they have spent with him.
