Danny, Blake, and Nathaniel are just a bunch of kids at heart. Unsurprisingly, they all enjoy coming of age movies. This week they talk about their favorites, which ones are overrated, and whether all teen movies are coming of age stories. Plus, a look at the absurdist French comedy Au Poste!
The Golden Globes this past week and none of the guys saw it. That does not prevent them from talking about how much they think they are unneeded. They also talk about their old favorite hangout filing for bankruptcy.
Director Quentin Dupieux is known for some of the strangest films of recent years. From horror stories about killer tires to comedies about giant flies, his resume is an eclectic one. His latest film is strange murder mystery comedy with fantastic elements.
This week's main segment is one coming of age stories. The genre has been popular one that will probably be around forever. The three talk about underrated movies in the genre, what elements they enjoy the most, and why they are so prevalent in the indie community.
