The heatlhcare summit may be a prelude to not much or seriously reform health care, but it won’t do much to stop the rising cost of health care or stop the healthcare cutbacks at some hospitals or program closures. At the same time, the US is funding $150 million for the Ross Medical Schoool in the Caribbean and five new Med schools are opening!
