The host analyzes the rate increases in California announced last week by Anthem Blue Cross. The company says the rates are necessary because THEY ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS and that requiring everyone to buy health insurance would solve this problem. But, the co. had higher profits, lower payouts for consumer’s care, paid more for their own salaries and administrative costs.
