K6ABJ Aaron, CERT Comms Lead

In episode 37, I talk with K6ABJ Aaron, an active ham who is a comms lead for his local Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). In all the episodes so far, I have not really focused with someone who is a leader for non-ham volunteer emergency response teams. Get his interesting perspective in light of the fires and emergency prep he's seen.
