When I ask women if they like their bodies in high school when they were smaller, most will say, "No. I hated myself then too."


Cool. So liking ourselves actually has nothing to do with what size our bodies are. Liking ourselves has to do with learning to like ourselves.


 


Also we'll talk about weight loss and when someone says they can help you target stubborn belly fat or target other parts of your body.
