You're going to be bad when you start something new, and it's actually OKAY and a part of learning anything new. 

Allow yourself to experience failure when it comes to running, starting Imperfect Eating, or whatever else comes up in life.

Failure is NOT the opposite of success. Failure happens a shit ton on the road to success, and the most successful people have just gotten in more reps than you, have failed more times than you.
