Lots of runners grew up as runners or at least they grew up as athletes.

Not me! I wasn't athletic, and I grew up as my #1 troll! I quit everything because I heard a voice telling me I sucked!

Here's Part 1 of how I got to where I am now: an ACTIVE PERSON who CONSISTENTLY runs about 10 miles a week in addition to CONSISTENTLY walking, biking, and going to Crossfit!
