I hear from a lot of people that weekends are tough for them when it comes to food. I get it. I used to eat all the crap on weekends, especially if I did a long run! And then I would feel terrible in my head and body come Monday and vow to start over again.

Now I just eat pretty balanced every day no matter what day it is.
