When you mess up and you are imperfect, do you scold yourself because you weren't perfect and then not do anything at all?? Being imperfect makes you super inconsistent?   Answering your questions---> "How to overcome the mindset that consistency means perfect"   You have a story running through your head. A narrative.   The story is: "I have to be perfect or I am shit." It's the all/nothing mindset.    Let's overcome that mindset.
