I used to struggle with going for long periods of time where I wasn’t exercising at all and then I’d try to hype myself up with seeing a personal trainer several times a week or purchasing a gym membership or a maybe a fancy new DVD or a registering for a marathon or doing a 100 day running streak - shall I go on? I would do something that wasn’t sustainable. And then be back right where I started. Back at 0 and super frustrated with myself. I don’t struggle with this anymore because I created amazing consistency and self-care systems that everyone needs to know about.
