This is supposed to be hard

Yes. It's going to be hard. When we approach this acting thing with embracing of the hard, rather than the resistance to it - it gives us a new way of approaching the business where we might find ourselves less stressed AF...

But also - this isn't about by passing your feelings when it gets hard either...(duh)
