Needed southeast US rain could become too much, plus a Mysterious Smoke Ring in the Sky

Rain will pour down for days in parts of the southeastern United States into next week and that could go well beyond being beneficial for drought--flooding problems may ramp up; a mysterious, dark smoke ring was seen over Kansas on Monday, but scientists say smoke rings like this are usually man-made.
