I've made an episode on the Glottal T in the past, but I'd like to kick thing up a notch with some more practice! Listen closely with me here and repeat along for some more confidence in your glottal T sound. Also, be sure to check out my google doc in the description here to practice further!

Listen for these idioms:
High maintenance
Straighten (something) out
Gotten out of hand
Tighten one’s belt
