We discuss the district's recruitment and hiring efforts, including Randle's vision of ensuring the AAPS is an "Employer of Choice." He highlighted that in the current labor market the key is keeping employees to stay once they are here. Randle shares he's been impressed with the diversity that is in place already across AAPS.

In AAPS good news we celebrate Community High School French teacher Marci Harris for winning the most prestigious award a professional in the field of world languages can receive in the state of Michigan. Harris was named the Michigan World Language Association’s (MIWLA) Barbara Ort-Smith Award winner. Congratulations.
