Lucy Wolfe. Lucy is a paediatric sleep consultant, co-creational psychotherapist and mum to four children. Helping a baby to sleep helps the whole family to sleep!
Who is Lucy Wolfe?
Lucy is the former European Director of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, she is also a member of The International Association of Child Sleep Consultants and a (PV) Member of the Irish Association of Relationship Mentors. She runs
Sleep Matters with Lucy Wolfe. In addition to all of that, she is also Resident Sleep Expert on
Virgin Media One’s Breakfast Show-Ireland Am and makes regular other tv and radio appearances. Basically, Lucy is a complete sleep guru and wonderful human being!

We chat about how she evolved into her role and why she is so passionate about her job. Lucy uses a gently ‘stay and support' approach as described in her books and she explains how it works. Additionally Lucy describes her dislike to controlled crying methods and relays her love for support families.
