LANDON BARTLEY, President of West Michigan Cannabis Guild

President of the WMCG board, Landon Bartley, drops in for a pot-focused discussion about cannabis in our local community. He oversees a GR-based organization that focuses on a number of activities, including: dispelling misinformation and the harmful social stigmas associated with cannabis use; encouraging municipalities to allow the legal, licensed cannabis industry to operate (aka "opting in"); advocating for increased accessibility via consumption lounges and temporary marijuana event permits; working with communities that currently allow the licensed cannabis industry to help their local businesses and employees thrive; providing resources and support for local entrepreneurs and social equity applicants seeking to operate in West Michigan's cannabis industry; creating a space for Guild members and industry partners to communicate and collaborate effectively.
