Episode 9: For the Love… PLEASE tell me you can relate!

Let me be clear.  I really did not want to do this episode.  At all.  I mean I thought the interview with Kelsey (Eps.2) was painful, but that was nothing compared to recording this one. 

I say I want this podcast to be open, and honest, and real.  I say I want to help women connect.  What I didn’t realize is how personal I would have to be to help make all this happen. 

I am starting a journey to figure out this world of self-care.  Learning to calm our minds, love our bodies, and nurture our souls.  Y’all, so much of this is foreign to me.  Weird even.  But I know there’s something to it.
