Growing up in Africa, Isbel was surrounded by resilient, courageous, and powerful women who did whatever it took to care for their families. But while she found success as an entrepreneur and built a multi-7-figure business with her soulmate and husband, she felt empty and lost inside. She had lost touch with who she was and what truly mattered to her.

Through her journey of self-discovery, Isbel learned to prioritize self-care and embrace authenticity. She shares insights and inspiration for other women who are healing from trauma, including domestic violence, self-hate, rape, and neglect.
