Welcome to the Dream Builders Society! I am so excited for you to be here. I am Rachel Olstad and this podcast is a dream come true for me.

Intro of myself: business coach focus on helping new and aspiring female entrepreneurs. I focus on helping them find their perfect business idea and actually your own online business from the ground up. 

Why this podcast? something I've been wanting to do for a while and I saw a gap in the market...so many women in their early stages being under-served. I'm here to support you. 

Officially been in business for over a year and unofficially coaching for over 15 months 

Purpose of podcast: to teach, guide, support, inspire, motivate, share some laughs, give you some tough love and a kick in the butt and just to be super open, transparent and real with you. 

I will be sharing my own journey, the journey of other amazing female business owners and truly everything you need to know and believe to start and grow your own business. 

Goal of podcast: This isn't meant to be a bunch of fluff. There's enough of that in the world. This podcast will provide you with so much value it could replace a PAID course...that's a promise. 

Homework Assignment:

Sit down today and write out your entire DREAM LIFE. I don't just mean you want to be "free" or you want to make a ton of money and "travel" ...get super specific. What EXACTLY do you want? If you can dream it, you can have it. Now write out the FIRST thing you need to DO to start making this dream happen. 

Action Step- what is the thing you need to do?

Is it to create a budget? Is it to hire a coach? Is it to ruthlessly carve out 1-2 hours of time in your schedule to focus on your business each day? 

This dream of yours doesn't have to stay a pipe dream. If you want it bad enough, it can be yours and I'm here to support every step of the way.
