Let’s talk about taking personal responsibility. What exactly do I mean by this? This episode is all about taking responsibility for ourselves, for our results for the things that we have and don't have. 


This topic is not always one that is super fun or pleasant to dig into. It can be something that is very triggering for a lot of people because we like the think we are taking responsibility for things, but oftentimes we are going through the motions behaving as if many things are just happening to us when that’s simply not true.  


It’s important to remember, anytime that we're triggered by something, or anytime something feels a little bit uncomfortable, or we're avoiding it, that is pointing us directly to where we have an opportunity to grow. So if you’re feeling that tinge of being triggered or uncomfortable…that’s a great sign that you need to listen in and use this as an opportunity for growth.
