In life, we will experience many different seasons, some good, some not so great. Somewhere everything is fast-paced and pushing forward, and times of rest and turning inward. In this episode, I am going to talk more specifically about the differences between slowing down and speeding up.

I’m going to help you learn how to identify when you’re in these different seasons. How to truly embrace the season you are in, no matter what it looks like, and navigate it. To not only accept these phases as they come but also honor your needs through the ebbs and flows that naturally occur in the seasons of life.

Both of these seasons can help us prepare for what is to come within the next, and I can’t wait to share this episode with you so you can start harnessing the power of both slowing down and speeding up based on where you are at any given moment!

In this episode, I’m sharing with you:

  • The differences in the seasons of slowing down & speeding up
  • Exploring both sides
  • The primal side of our brain likes us to slow down to remain safe.
  • Listening to your desires and honoring them to guide you
  • The misconception of doing more, and constantly growing
  • Feminine and Masculine energies that go along with these seasons
  • Take a moment to take inventory of yourself and what season you’re in
  • One naturally helps create the other
  • Acceptance and embracing those seasons
  • My call to slow down
  • How my seasons have been affected during 2021
  • How I listened and allowed myself to be guided
  • Slowing down looks different for everyone
  • Having compassion for yourself
  • There's no such thing as not enough, these are illusions.
  •  It's all beautiful and it's all working out for you.
