There are a lot of conversations happening right now with the end of the year and with new year's resolutions about goal setting. Chances are, you’ve heard it all, but, in this episode, I’m going to challenge you to take a deeper look into some things and give you some tools and 6 simple steps for goal setting as you go into 2022!

I believe that the point of a goal is not necessarily in and of itself to achieve the goal. While there is so much satisfaction in setting goals and achieving them, and I do want you obviously to become a person that sets and achieves goals, I also don’t think that that is the main point of setting goals. Rather, setting a goal is really more about building that relationship with yourself, which is the most important relationship you'll ever have. It’s about who you become along the path of achieving these goals that you set that push you to pursue your biggest dreams and desires.
