We are constantly bombarded with the need to have and do more: buy more things, do more in our business, make more money, being in all the activities. More, more, more. But I want to challenge you today to take a step back, and see how there is so much power in embracing less in all areas of our lives.

This “more” mindset typically comes from a place of scarcity. From a feeling of there's never enough, so I need to constantly search for more, and push harder. Doing this though never creates the results we truly want to be seeing.

I’m going to help break this down a bit for you and share with you how embracing less can be so powerful, and can help you create more of the things that are actually important to you.

In this episode, we are sharing with you:

  • The disconnect between logic and intellect that less is actually more
  • Society’s obsession with MORE
  • Scarcity mindset & pervasive thinking
  • The thought of “not enoughness”
  • Why more isn’t creating the results you want
  • Less allows us to create more
  • Gaining physical clarity
  • Reducing tasks on your lists & schedules
  • Having less, allows you to be more intentional with the quality
  • Circumstances alone don't create feelings or results
  • Learning to embrace contentedness, but also evaluating
  • Fear of intentionally creating a life that is embracing less
  • Quality over quantity
  • Less is powerful
  • Taking inventory & stock in your life
  • Getting clear on what you value
  • Turning inward instead of outward
  • What do you want to create?
  • How clutter shows up in different spaces of our life
  • De-cluttering provides more clarity and control
