90 Days of Journaling, I’m sure your initial thought to that is “holy cow, that’s a lot”. But, stick with me here. It is scientifically proven that it takes approximately 21 days to make and create a new habit. BUT, in all actuality, it’s more like 90 days or 3 months for this habit to become something that is a default. 90 days to make something a part of who you are and your lifestyle.

Journaling can be such a profound tool for slowing down your mind and body and learning to understand yourself in the most authentic way. However, many have resistance to it for a number of different reasons. This episode helps break all of it down so you can approach journaling with an open mind, and I also have a brand new resource to share with you as well to assist in this that is linked up below!

The resource that I've created is filled with 90 incredibly insightful, profound, reflective questions that I encourage you to start journaling on.

These are going to be really amazing journal prompts that will guide, direct, and help you explore your mind, reality, and life.  I encourage you to create a new habit in your life by journaling through this entire series.

I’d love to have you reach out or leave a review with your thoughts and your progress as you journal through your 90 days. Let’s slow down and take time to get in tune with ourselves as we prepare for the new year.

** 90 Days of Journaling - Growing Where You’re Planted **

In this episode, I’m sharing with you:

  • My newest free resource (link is shared above)

  • I used to hate the idea of journaling
  • Why this resistance is so common
  • There is no right or wrong way to journal
  • Learning to slow down & sit with thoughts in a world where we are always plugged in and stimulated
  • It gets to be for you, and nobody else
  • Fear of what's underneath
  • Fear of getting it wrong or doing it wrong
  • The fear of what may come up in self-work tends to be scarier than what is actually happening.
  • When we have awareness we can deal with the stuff that's been buried
  • We can’t heal and grow if we don’t know what we’re working with
  • Self-discovery of what may be potentially holding you back
  • Journaling allows you to dream
