Mark shares his perspective on the amazing season the high school boys distance runners in Pennsylvania enjoyed, which included 5 of the top 10 1600m times in the nation. With a behind the scenes look at the Downingtown West duo of Declan Rymer and Aiden Barnhill, Coach Schimdt has some keen insights on what led to their development and success this past spring.
