Protecting Your Heart - April 29, 2024

How are you currently guarding your heart? 

Are you intentional about what you allow to enter and influence your thoughts and emotions? Or do you find yourself easily swayed by external pressures and distractions?

Today's promise in Proverbs 4:23 reminds us of the importance of protecting our innermost being, for it shapes every aspect of our lives and influences everything we do.

 Proverbs 4:23, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it."
