If you're a leader in the faith community, you have a weighty responsibility – to teach and guide others on their spiritual journeys. But, know that you will be held to a higher standard of accountability.

James 3:1, "Not many of you should become teachers, my fellow believers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly" serves as a reminder to continuously evaluate your motives and intentions as leaders.
