Have you had an ongoing struggle with your weight? Are you constantly going from one diet to the next and experiencing yo/yo cycling with your weight? Have you ever thought that losing weight will help you get "healthier?"

You're not alone! I spent 10 years of my life trying to find the "diet" that would get the results I wanted. That led to weight regain, imbalance in my hormones, under nourishing my body through little calories, not feeling "good enough" in my body, obsessing and thinking too much about food, and overexercising. 

It's taken me years to heal my relationship with food, exercise, and my body image. One component that has helped me on my journey is UNLEARNING the belief that weight = health and instead discovering what a weight neutral, holistic approach  to health is.
