Healthy habits can take time to build and sustain just like it will take time to "get rid" of unwanted habits that you no longer want to have. We've adopted all kinds of habits from childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and even through motherhood.  Have you ever considered what habits are beneficial and non-beneficial for your health and well-being? It starts with increasing your self-awareness!
