Practicing gratitude daily has come to be a significant healing modality for me. I think of gratitude as a teacher because it has taught be many valuable lessons in my life especially in motherhood.

Gratitude is  an anecdote for stress, complaints, negative thinking, and uncomfortable emotions. When you have a perspective anchored in gratitude, you begin to see things in a new light. It has so much power that it also has the ability to shift your state of bring. 

Now that the holidays are approaching, it can be a stressful time.  Maybe for you it's also grief, heartache, and wishing your loved ones who have passed on were here with you. As painful as it may be, gratitude has a way of helping you come out of darkness and return to the light. 

My heart goes out to those who are struggling right now be it emotionally, mentally, physically, financially. Sending you hugs and healing energy. 💓

May this gratitude meditation plant a seed to inspiring you to cultivate a regular gratitude practice.🙏🏽
