I've shared this stuff before in different ways on different social media channels and I ALWAYS get really great feedback so I thought it deserved a permanent place on the web.
There's a lot of things I wish I would have stuck with - like never eating oreos again or reading a book every month, and nothing really ever stuck - but this one did and it's probably better than any other "habit" I could have created.
