Because I have a lot to say! I want Mommas to know they are not alone; the struggle is real, and it really does take a village! I want to be here to support YOU! Even if I am just a friendly voice in your ear, on a lonely day. Hopefully, you will hear something you need to hear. I want to inspire you, and gift to you, tools I have used which helped me so much on my motherhood journey. The point is, I am just a Mommy and a microphone. And I want to help people eat healthy, remove chemicals from their lives, be better, feel better, and live their best life!
