Welcome to A Moment with Mart, hosted by Harvey Martin.
Harvey is a coach, author, and entrepreneur. He is at the top of his field in human performance, having led workshops and coaching seminars with Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Over the last ten years, he has consulted at every level of college athletics and with MLB, NHL, NFL, and Olympic teams and individuals. He was most recently the Human Performance Coach for the San Francisco Giants and consulted with the team in 2021 when they set a franchise record with 107 wins while winning the National League West. He is the author of Breathe, Focus, Excel and Without Words, "Mastering the Art of Being." His work has been featured in major publications such as Sports Illustrated and The Athletic.
In addition, you can find early episodes of The MindStrong Project, a project crafted over five years with a collective group of individuals focused on high performance. Another show, Coffee Buzz Friday, is a raw and authentic question-and-answer format. Most recently, the mini-series The Art of Something was short-form interviews with coaches and former professional athletes.
