• Second, start a project management board such as Monday.com
• Third, decide what the jobs that only you can do are.
• Fourth, make sure you have a PCS Road Map: 
• • come up with your plan
  • put your systems in place at least 90 days out
  • inform your clients, partners, and team know that you're PCSing
  • prioritize your tasks - especially money-making tasks
  • automate everything

The PCS process is your process, but you need to be strategic with your business, so you don't feel anxious, overwhelmed, or depleted.
