Living through a pandemic has been…trying. A bit of a mental yo-yo for many and processing our often intense emotions for 6 months is exhausting!  

Many of you told me you’re struggling with a lot of negative self-talk. Fear, anxiety and doubting your decisions has been an increased trend. When is this bad “day” going to end?!

We don’t know that, but we can take it easy on ourselves. Take a listen to this quickie episode, and know you are not alone! I give you tips on combating some of the bad day feelings as well as permission (you don’t need that from me though!) to let go of the negative feelings weighing you down.
