Sarah has traveled all over the world, and we talked about her spiritual gifts, how she acquired them, and how she uses it to help others.  She combines coaching with intuitive techniques, which includes:  Reiki, intuitive cards, crystal healing, astrology, meditation, mindfulness techniques, and sound healing.
